2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

All transactions on the lucky55 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit methods include bank transfers via FPX from major Malaysian banks and local e-wallets. lucky55 does not bear any currency conversion fees as all accounts are operated in RM.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits are typically credited to your account shortly after confirmation from the payment provider. For first-time withdrawals, full identity verification is required before processing. Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered and verified under the same user's name. lucky55 reserves the right to decline withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Transaction Disputes
For any transaction disputes, users must contact the lucky55 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. lucky55 will thoroughly investigate each complaint and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe. lucky55's decision on transaction disputes is final, subject to applicable legal provisions.
Bonus and Promotions Policy
Any bonuses or promotional offers provided by lucky55 are subject to specific conditions stated at the time the offer is made. Users found to be abusing promotions or the bonus system will have their bonuses voided and their accounts closed without prior notice.

5. Account Policy – Suspension and Closure
Lucky55 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- The user provided false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
- The user has engaged in fraud, game manipulation, collusion or any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform.
- The user has used unauthorised software or methods to gain an unfair advantage.
- The user has breached any provision of these terms and conditions.
- The user account has been identified as having links to money laundering or illicit financing activities.
Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited by lucky55 depending on the severity of the breach. Users whose accounts have been closed for legitimate reasons may contact the support team to appeal, subject to lucky55's assessment.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all verification requirements have been met.
6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law
